Filmmaker O.P. Dutta passes away! 
Veteran director-writer-producer O.P. Dutta expired. He was ill and admitted in Kokilaben hospital at 7 pm yesterday and breathed his last around post 12 a.m.
The filmmaker began his career in 1948 as a director of Pyaar Ki Jeet. Followed were the list of films as both director and writer which went on to become blockbusters, new Umrao Jaan being the latest. He penned down Border, Refugee and many films which were directed by his son J.P. Dutta.
